Internal error during cancel publish. (System.Web.Services)

I have been using the "MS Database Publishing Wizard" to remotely publish to my
SQL shared webhost (GoDaddy) since they don't allow connections.

Everything's been working fine for the last 3 months but now I have been
getting an error because of one table. It's the largest by far now (added
3000 rows of data last week):

Here it is:

SET ANSI_NULLS ON
GO
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON
GO
SET ANSI_PADDING ON
GO
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[tblLanguageValues](
 [AutoNumberID] [int] IDENTITY(1,1) NOT NULL,
 [LanguageCode] [varchar](20) NOT NULL CONSTRAINT
[DF_tblLanguageValues_LanguageCode]  DEFAULT ('EN-US'),
 [LookupID] [int] NOT NULL,
 [LanguageText] [nvarchar](4000) NOT NULL,
 [ToDo] [bit] NULL,
 [LastUpdatedBy] [nvarchar](200) NULL,
 [LastUpdatedDateTime] [datetime] NULL CONSTRAINT
[DF_tblLanguageValues_LastUpdatedDateTime]  DEFAULT (getdate()),
 [Platform] [nvarchar](100) NULL CONSTRAINT [DF_tblLanguageValues_Platform]
DEFAULT (N'www'),
 CONSTRAINT [PK_tblLanguageValues] PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED
(
 [LanguageCode] ASC,
 [LookupID] ASC
)WITH (PAD_INDEX  = OFF, STATISTICS_NORECOMPUTE  = OFF, IGNORE_DUP_KEY =
OFF, ALLOW_ROW_LOCKS  = ON, ALLOW_PAGE_LOCKS  = ON) ON [PRIMARY]
) ON [PRIMARY]

GO
SET ANSI_PADDING OFF

The error message that halts the publishing process when it gets to that
table is:

===================================

Does anyone know why this would be happening? Also, if I exclude this table from the publish (un-tick it), the "MS Database Publishing Wizard" still tries to upload it and the same error has been occuring.
