Suggestion: remember options previously selected

The options that were selected on previous execution of Database Publishing Wizard GUI should be remembered and proposed as defaults on the next execution. You can store them in the registry (as there are very few options: the source server and database, four advanced options and maybe the destination file), under a key for the current user.

The source server is especially annoying to type each time the wizard is started (because the default is "localhost", but my server is ".\SQLEXPRESS"). I found myself clicking Next on that screen (without entering my server name) about 3 out of 7 times, and I had to wait each time until the connection timed-out.

Thanks for the suggestion. Saving more information as defaults is something on our list of features for the next release.
